Catholics over 14 years in good standing who are baptized, confirmed and regularly receive the Holy Eucharist are welcome to join the Lectors Ministry. Induction Sessions are held for new lectors every 3 months.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
The Lectors’ Ministry is headed by General Coordinator supported by:
There are over 300 Lectors who render their dedicated services to 16 weekly English obligatory masses and daily masses in addition to several High Masses during important festive seasons.
General Coordinator holds the overall responsibility of the ministry and directly report to the Parish Priest. General Coordinator is responsible to collect instructions from the Parish Priest and Parish Council and pass on to all members of the Ministry.
Mass Coordinators are responsible for all the Lectors opted to read in those specific masses. Mass Coordinators are the mentors for each reader.
All Lectors are responsible to proclaim the Word of God according to Church instructions. Lectors are invited to read the Word of God only when they are trained.
Training Coordinators are responsible, under the instruction and guidance of the General Coordinator to conduct training sessions for all new Lectors.
